LeadtreeUSA, Inc. may seek injunctive relief in any state or federal court in Wyoming regarding intellectual property rights. Arbitration will be conducted under the prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment. You may opt-out of this Agreement to Arbitrate within 30 days in writing.
